To provide a homely, professional, environment in which our residents live, assured of quality care, safe surroundings, physical health and emotional security.
Our Philosophy
We believe that our residents are deserving of the best care and comfort in safe and secure surroundings. It is a time of life that requires compassion, understanding and unobtrusive help with personal needs
Values
To ensure the residents at Maida Vale continue to live their life in our lifestyle environment where care, consideration, and choice remain their independent prerogative.
To continue to build on the quality of service delivery, by assisting and fostering good working relationships for staff and offering opportunities for furthering education and in-service.
To monitor and evaluate all aspects of service delivery maintaining a resident focus.
Values & Principles
Is to have an honest open relationship with all staff, to get alongside our staff to assist and teach them to provide to our resident’s “BEST CARE” and to ensure all staff have the opportunity to gain knowledge of contemporary best practice. To ensure that all residents who have sort our help, support and care are given that unequivocally.
We the Directors and our staff are all involved in:
- Ongoing communication with our residents, relatives and staff to assess and monitor that the service we are providing is appropriate for all assessed needs of each individual person for whom we care.
- Ensuring that the residents are happy and contented as best they can be in their home away from home (there is no place like one’s own home).
- Being there to accept and assist residents and staff from all walks of life, to accept their educational, cultural differences and beliefs to make them all feel part of Maida Vale.
- Monitoring and ensuring that all staff we employ have the skills and empathy that is required for them to work with our elderly residents.
- Being there for all our staff, and to help them acquire through in-service education the knowledge they need to be skilled and provide “BEST CARE”.
- Being there for all our staff in times of personal need and to help provide comfort and support.
- Day to day contact with our Managerswho have the qualifications appropriate for their positions within our organisation, their information is shared daily to the owners and staff thus ensuring that we are all made aware of residents health & any other matters that concern us all.
- To be there for all.
